The FSA 2026 Winter Conference is being held December 2-4, 2026 at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista South in Kissimmee, Florida.

Exhibitor Information
The Exhibit Hall is centrally located to maximize exhibitor exposure and attendee foot traffic. Its convenient location provides easy access during sessions breaks, breakfast, lunch and the Welcome Reception - key networking opportunities when attendees gather to network.
Exhibit Booth - $800 Member | $1,000 Non Member
Includes:
- One 8' x 10' carpeted booth space with pipe and drape and company sign
- Standard electric
- One skirted table, two chairs, waste basket
- One Exhibit Hall Pass (includes conference meals)
- Listing in the FSA Conference App
- Final list of attendees provided post-conference
Exhibit Hall Schedule and Booth Assignment:
Please note that the Exhibit Hall Layout will not be finalized until November. Booth selection is not requested on the registration form. FSA will make booth assignments in November based on registration and overall plan balance. Please note that the schedule and layout are subject to change.

Additional Exhibit Notes:
- Workshop access is not included with Exhibit Hall registration and must be purchased separately.
- Each booth includes one Exhibit Hall Pass (includes conference meals). Up to two additional representatives could be added (maximum three per booth) at $200 each.
- One booth per organization to maximize exhibitor variety.
Exhibit Cancellation Policy:
Refunds (less a $250 processing fee) will be issued for cancellations submitted through the cancellation form on or before November 6, 2026. Unfortunately, no refunds were granted for cancellations received after November 6, 2026, as FSA has already incurred the cost of registration.
