Who Attended?

Over 350 engineers, scientists, managers, policy makers and elected officials from throughout Florida attended this conference looking for innovative and cost effective solutions to common problems relating to stormwater management and finance.

Continuing Education

Florida Professional Engineers (PEs) and Certified Floodplain Managers (CFMs) that submitted the required paperwork onsite were eligible for Professional Development Hours (PDHs) / Continuing Education Credits (CECs). PEs were eligible for up to 2.5 PDHs for the Pre-Conference workshop (Wednesday) and up to 9.75 PDHs for the Regular Conference (Thursday and Friday).  CFMs were eligible for up to 12 CECs for Wednesday - Friday of the conference. (FSA Provider #03854).  Certificates of attendances will be emailed a week following the Conference.

Conference Hotel & Parking

The conference was held at the Sanibel Harbour Marriott located at 17260 Harbour Pointe Drive in Ft. Myers, Florida. FSA contracted with the hotel to set aside a block of rooms at a discounted rate of $149/night for standard guestrooms and $189/night for suites. The resort fee and self-parking was complimentary for FSA attendees (the hotel website and/or confirmation may say differently).

Cancellation Policy

Refunds (minus a $25 processing fee) were provided for cancellations received in writing prior to May 3, 2017. Sorry, after this date the association will incur costs for your registration and no refunds can be granted.
