FSA's 2025 Winter Conference was held December 3-5, 2025 at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista South in Kissimmee, Florida. We kicked things off on Wednesday, December 3rd with an in-depth Pre-Conference Workshop and an exclusive Stormwater Projects Tour.  We then dove into two full days (Thursday and Friday) of engaging sessions led by top experts, showcasing the most pressing issues, solutions and success stories in Florida's stormwater landscape.

FSA’s Winter Conference is different from the rest.  Here are the top 5 reasons why:

  1. Florida-Focused, Peer-Curated Agenda – This is the only stormwater conference in Florida created by Floridians, for Floridians. Every session is chosen by stormwater professionals who live and work here, so you’ll gain insights that are relevant and immediately actionable.
  1. Unmatched Networking – Connect with the brightest minds and most experienced professionals in the field. Whether you’re solving local challenges or exploring regional trends, this is your chance to build lasting relationships across the stormwater community.
  1. Earn Continuing Education Credits – Knock out your continuing education requirements in just a few days! Florida Professional Engineers and Florida Certified Floodplain Managers can earn PDHs and CECs on an hour per hour basis. (see CE section below for credits and Provider numbers).
  1. Discover the Latest Innovations – Explore the Exhibit Hall, where industry leaders showcase the latest technologies, tools, and services that can streamline your projects and boost your results.
  1. Exceptional Value – Your registration includes all course materials, access to continuing education, conference meals (Thursday - continental breakfast, morning break, lunch, afternoon break and welcome reception; Friday - continental breakfast), and discounted hotel rates with NO hotel resort fee.
