Stormwater professionals from across Florida gathered on June 11-13, 2025, at the stunning Sanibel Harbour Marriott Resort in beautiful Ft. Myers for our Annual Conference centered on Navigating Stormwater: Past Insights, Future Solutions. Participants engaged in sessions led by top industry experts and thought leaders discussing regulatory, technical, and management topics crucial to your work.

Who Attended?
The FSA Annual Conference attracted engineers, scientists, managers, policymakers and elected officials from across Florida as they sought innovative and cost-effective solutions to common issues surrounding stormwater management and finance.

Registration
Register early and save! To qualify for the discounted early registration rate, registration was required by April 4, 2025. Fees included all course materials, two continental breakfasts Thursday and Friday, lunch on Thursday, two breaks on Thursday, and a reception on Thursday. Payment can be made online or by check.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds were given (minus a $25 processing fee) for cancellations received in writing prior to May 16, 2025.

Hotel Information & Parking
The conference hotel was the Sanibel Harbour Marriott located at 17260 Harbour Pointe Drive in Ft. Myers, Florida. FSA contracted with the hotel to set aside sleeping rooms for conference delegates. A block of rooms was reserved at a discounted rate of $169/night. The resort fee and self-parking fee were WAIVED for FSA attendees! The discounted room rate was available until May 9, 2025 or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first. Note, if you reserve a hotel room and are not registered for the conference, you will be subject to the hotel’s prevailing room rate outside of FSA’s block.

Self-parking was complimentary for FSA attendees (the hotel website or confirmation may say differently), so be sure to identify yourself when you arrive.

FSA also secured a block of rooms with the Residence Inn Fort Myers Sanibel. The discounted room rate was $149/night and was available until May 11, 2025.

Continuing Education
Florida Professional Engineers that attended the conference were eligible for Professional Development Hours (PDHs) on an hour per hour basis. If you needed a certificate of attendance, you must have submitted paperwork with your license/certificate number while onsite. (FSA Provider #03854).
