FSA's 2025 Annual Conference will be held on June 11-13, 2025 at the beautiful Sanibel Harbour Marriott in Ft. Myers, Florida. We are excited to offer the below exhibitor and sponsor opportunities for this year’s event. We hope you’ll join us to support FSA and showcase your organization!

Exhibitor Opportunities

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION - $750 Member / $950 Non-Member
The Exhibit Hall is conveniently located for easy access during breaks, meals and networking events where attendees come together to connect. When you register as an exhibitor, you’ll receive an 8' x 10' carpeted space, standard electric, a skirted table, two chairs, a waste basket, and one Exhibit Hall Representative Pass (which includes all Conference meals). Want to send more than one Exhibit Hall Representative? Additional Exhibit Hall Passes are only $175 each - a $300 value! The benefits of exhibiting include: the opportunity to showcase your organization to a wide stormwater-focused audience, access for one representative in the exhibit hall (all meals included), an opportunity to present in the Emerging Technologies™* session (see below), a listing in the FSA Conference App, and a final list of Conference attendees.

*Emerging Technologies™
Only FSA exhibitors are eligible to participate in FSA's Emerging Technologies session, Shark Tank Style! This session provides exhibitors with a unique opportunity to showcase the latest developments in technologies and services. The session will include exhibitor presentations followed by attendee voting to select the best pitch and product. The winning presentation will be highlighted in FSA's July newsletter distributed to FSA’s 5,000+ member contacts. This session will be held Thursday afternoon during the FSA Annual Conference and only registered exhibitors are eligible to submit a presentation for consideration. Only presentations that highlight a new "emerging” product or service in the stormwater industry will be selected to participate.
