The Purpose of the FSAEF Scholarship is to Support Florida Graduate Students Pursuing Careers in Stormwater Programs Program Description: The Florida Stormwater Association Educational Foundation offers a highly competitive annual scholarship designed to support graduate students dedicated to advancing the field of stormwater management. The program awards scholarships of at least $2,000 to top-tier candidates who demonstrate academic excellence, professional promise, and clear commitment to stormwater-related issues such as water quality, infrastructure, or finance. Eligibility: Applications must be graduate students enrolled in a Florida college or university in a relevant field such as engineering, natural sciences, public administration, or a closely related discipline. Eligible students must be in good academic standing and enrolled full-time for the upcoming Fall Semester. Only serious applicants with demonstrated interest in stormwater are encouraged to apply, as scholarship awards are limited and reserved for the most qualified individuals. Awards: The scholarships will be presented during the FSA Winter Conference in December. Scholarship recipients are expected to attend the Conference, provide a short acceptance video, make brief remarks when accepting the award, and prepare a Poster Presentation for digital display that illustrates a recent stormwater-related project or research effort in which they were involved (see item #5 below). Scholarship recipients will be given a complimentary full Conference registration and a one night stay at the Conference hotel as needed.
