Project Manager

How long have you been a member of FSA (years)?
I have been a member for a little over three years.

Have you served FSA in the past?
I previously served on the FSA Board as one of the local government representatives from the SWFWMD. I left the public sector in August 2023 and had to surrender my seat. However, I continue to serve on one of the committees.

What abilities and attributes can you bring to the Board?
As a member of the Board, I appreciated the opportunity to help shape the Association and provide input on how we can advance the Florida Stormwater Association. The structure of the Board provides a unique opportunity for various backgrounds to come together and achieve common goals. I am organized, communicative, and collaborative, which I view as key to being a successful and valuable Board member. I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to serve on the Board once again.

What background and experience do you have in the stormwater industry?
My entire career of 23 years has been in the stormwater industry. I have experience in both the public sector and the private sector. I have been involved in all aspects of stormwater including design engineering; construction; operations; planning; program management; regulatory review; watershed management; NPDES compliance; floodplain management; and fiscal and resource planning. In addition to a background in stormwater I also have experience as a Public Utilities Director for water and wastewater so I am well versed in the connectivity between all water.

Why do you want this Board position?
FSA is a valuable resource to all stormwater professionals in the state. I am eager to continue to shape the organization, facilitate sharing of information, and help us to further reach the professionals of tomorrow.
