Join us for FSA's 2026 Winter Conference, taking place December 2-4, 2026, at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista South in Kissimmee, Florida.   The conference begins on Wednesday with the biennial DEP Day, co-sponsored by FDEP, along with the Laws, Rules, and Ethics course for Professional Engineers.  The main conference on Thursday and Friday will feature an exciting lineup of presentations exploring the latest trends, challenges, innovations, and solutions impacting Florida's stormwater community.  Don't miss this opportunity to connect with colleagues, explore cutting-edge technologies and products in the Exhibit Hall, and gain valuable insights from leading stormwater experts.

Why Should You Attend?
FSA’s Winter Conference stands out from the rest for several reasons. Here are the top 5:

  1. Comprehensive Agenda – This is the only stormwater-specific event in Florida that was organized by Floridians, for Floridians. Presentations are carefully submitted and selected by your peers, so the agenda is packed with information you can use including a full day of updates from FDEP and the Laws, Rules, and Ethics course for PE's!
  1. Networking Opportunities – Build relationships with the professionals shaping the future of stormwater management.  This Winter Conference brings together leading experts, innovators, and practitioners from across the industry, providing exceptional opportunities to collaborate, share ideas, and establish meaningful connections.
  1. Continuing EducationFlorida Professional Engineers (PEs) who attend the conference are eligible to earn continuing education credits on an hour-per-hour basis (FSA Provider #0003854).  Florida Certified Floodplain Manager credits are approved. If you need a certificate of attendance, you are required to submit the requisite paperwork onsite and provide your license/certificate number.
  1. Innovative Products/Services – The Exhibit Hall features the newest stormwater products, technologies, and services in one convenient location.
  1. Best Conference Value – The FSA Winter Conference delivers exceptional value. Registration includes course materials, access to continuing education, meals (continental breakfast on Thursday and Friday, lunch on Thursday, AM and PM breaks and a reception on Thursday—representing a $350 value in meals alone), complimentary self-parking, and a discounted hotel reservation rate with no resort fee. It provides an enriching and cost-effective conference experience.
